Exchanges and Returns


We are now offering a 3$ shipping rate to all our local babes who live in a 35 km radius from our office in Orleans. You must select that option at checkout and we will advise you once your order is ready. If this option doesn't show up at checkout, you may be further than 35 km away from our office. Please send us an email ( and we will see if we can offer you a discount so you can still take advantage of this exclusive promotion.

IMPORTANT!! If you live in an apartment building, please advise if your front door is unlocked and we can drop off your order. Local deliveries are done by us and it is important to let us know if we need to contact you prior so we can give you the package. Thank you! Please let us know in the note section in the cart page prior to checking out.



  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Adhesive hygiene stickers and tags must still be on)
  • Please email us: to advise us that you have sent us a package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Make sure to send us a sheet of paper inside the package with Order Number and your information so we can match the package to the order)
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.


Exchanges (if applicable)
  • If you would like an exchange, send us an email at (Adhesive hygiene stickers and tags must still be on).  We do suggest sending us an email before sending your package to our Po Box as we cannot guarantee we will still have the size or product you are looking for.


  • To return your product, you should mail your product to our PO box (address below)
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
